The No. 55 DP made its mark during the October Test Days at Daytona International Speedway, preparing for the 2009 season. Christophe Bouchut set the fastest time on the Tuesday, improving on the pole time from 2008. With very few changes, Bouchut set a quick time after only 24
laps and bested the top pole time from the 2008 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona with a lap time of 1:39.9. With a new set of tires, he ran the fastest lap of the day taking the No. 55 eCommLink BMW Riley Daytona Prototype across the finish line once again.
"This is a special track," Bouchut stated. "The DP car has taken to it very well and I believe that this car has a promising future ahead in the Daytona Prototype class. We're all very excited to learn more about this car, it's going to be an exciting season for the team in 2009. We're ready to go racing now."

Today, LevelFive Motorsports announced the signing of driver, Christophe Bouchut, for the seven hour endurance season final.
